  • Maplewood Middle School presents THE LITTLE MERMAID

    Great job to the students at Maplewood Middle School in New Jersey on their winter musical this year! Your costumes and scenic design look amazing! We're so happy to be able to help support your production!

  • Highland Park High School presents MARY POPPINS

    Congratulations to Director - Scott Shallenbarger and their hard working cast and crew of Highland Park HS in Illinois (HPHS). Their rendition of Mary Poppins - The New Musical is sure to lift you off your feet! Great job guys. With amazing costumes and props, this theatre really showed the magic that can happen when you believe! 

  • Oshkosh North High School Choir presents the SOUND OF MUSIC

    Performing for sold-out shows again, Oshkosh North High School Choir presented a spectacular performance of the Sound of Music. Their Choral Program has goals that include helping all members experience music through singing, playing, and listening, while supporting each other and the greater school community.   • Calvin Christian High School presents BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

    Theater Director Marilee Marsman, Musical director Karel Malefyt and their cast and crew at Calvin Christian, tell a Tale as Old as Time, in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast the Musical. Fantastic job guys, you all look phenomenal! Thank you for allowing us to support you.

  • West Potomac High School presents ADDAMS FAMILY and SPAMALOT

    The Beyond the Page Theatre Company at West Potomac High School continues their tradition of excellence! With a motto that focuses on directing your destiny and believing in yourself, they always find reasons to smile. Their production of ADDAMS FAMILY was nominated for 14 Cappies and won Best Set Design and Best Comic Actress in a Musical, while SPAMALOT won a record number of 9 Cappies! It is our pleasure to support this wonderful troupe for the past few years and with any of their future productions!

  • Burke High School presents BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

    Burke High School's Drama Department puts on a comedy, a winter musical, and a dramatic play every year. Currently under the direction of Emily Mokrycki, they hold a high standard of excellence in the performing arts. Their winter musical is the biggest event of the year and we're so proud to help support them! Great job everyone! Costumes look great!

  • Academy of Rising Stars presents a HOLIDAY RECITAL

    The Academy of Rising Stars Inc. provides each student with the finest instruction in developmental and physical education. Through experimentation and exploration along with an enriched and enhanced learning environment they hope that children will develop a love for learning, their own sense of self worth, and the confidence to conquer all life has to offer. We couldn't have been more proud to support them once again as they presented their Holiday Recital which we hear was a "smashing success!" 

  • Moses Lake High School presents INTO THE WOODS

    Moses Lake High School produced INTO THE WOODS as their large fall musical for 2015. They used our INTO THE WOODS backdrop in addition to minor set pieces to present this mash-up of fairytales for a truly magical production. 

  • Tampa Ballet Theatre presents GISELLE

    We were very happy to have the opportunity to support Tampa Ballet Theatre once again, this time in their production of the classical ballet, GISELLE. Tampa Ballet Theatre is a non-profit professional ballet company that has been operating in the Bay area since 2012. In March 2015, Tampa Ballet Theatre was named the In-house Resident Ballet Company of Ruth Eckerd Hall. The company is growing and currently consists of 11 Company Members, 2 Company Apprentices, and 5 Tampa Ballet Theatre II Trainees. We can't wait to support them in their 2016 season! 

  • Village Players of Hicksville presents MARY POPPINS

    The Village Players are a local amateur theatre group based in Hicksville, Ohio. They belive in drawing on local talent in order to help bring art and entertainment to Hicksville and the surrounding communities. Their main performance venue is the historic Huber Opera House and Civic Center in downtown Hicksville, although they have been known to appear in other venues as well. This isn't our first time supporting The Village Players of Hicksville, and we look forward to supporting them again soon! 

  • The Comedia Musica Players presents THE ADDAMS FAMILY MUSICAL

    The Comedia Musica Players produced a “spooktacular” production of THE ADDAMS FAMILY that rocked the “haunted” house! Since being founded in 1968, The Comedia Musica Players of Fort Dodge, Iowa have gone on to produce at least one full length musical each year, made three tours to England, performing at the Northcutt Theatre in Exeter, and toured multiple states and cities throughout  the United States. This is not our first time supporting this incredible theatre troupe, and we can’t wait to support them again next year! 

  • Southeast Alabama Community Theatre presents SHREK THE MUSICAL

    Congratulations to SEACT on a fantastic production of SHREK THE MUSICAL! Southeast Alabama Community Theatre (SEACT) was formed in 1974 to serve the community with opportunities to participate in theatrical productions for public performance. In its history, SEACT has welcomed people from all walks of life to contribute to an incredible range of productions from Pajama Game to Shrek! 

  • Brownsville Arts Council presents THE ROCKIN’ TALE OF SNOW WHITE

    The Brownsville Arts Council strives to cultivate the arts within the community, and to encourage participation and appreciation of the arts. THE ROCKIN’ TALE OF SNOW WHITE is a funny adaptation of the classic fairy tale we all know and love. New characters and comedic twists come to life as a modern mother reads the Brothers Grimm tale to her restless children.  According to The Brownsville Arts Council, “The backdrop was the finishing touch to our production. We most certainly look forward to partnering with TheatreWorld Backdrops again.”

  • Largo Cultural Center and Stages Productions presents HONK JR.

    TheatreWorld has been supporting the joint effort between Largo Cultural Center and Stages Productions since 2013. In their most recent Theatre Camp, students, beginners to advanced, spent three weeks developing audition skills, solo and ensemble voice development, choreography, prop, and scenic design skills, and finally, rehearsed and produced a full length version of Honk Jr.!
